Turkey's.
Madeline eats turkey, but she doesn't like being next to the bird I guess. This year's Thanksgiving was spent at our house. Grandma and Grandpa Maslow came over with the turkey and fixings while we simply provided the grandchildren and the wine. Well, I did manage to put together a green bean casserole and scalloped corn. Looking at these photos, it's hard to believe this was Madeline's 3rd Thanksgiving....my how she's grown!

Bub-BYE!
Madeline started early pre-school recently. With a one month old requiring mom's undivided attention throughout the day, we could tell that Madeline was getting bored. There are only so many times you can watch "Nemo" in a day. During her time at home, Madeline has also become proficient in puzzle mastery and learning her ABC's. We felt a change of scenery - at least two days a week - would give her an opportunity to meet new people and play, especially as the weather turns cold and requires more indoor time. Besides, it will allow mom an opportunity to relax - maybe.
Today, Daddy was home from work and was able to see Madeline off to school. He did make sure to tell Madeline that boyfriends are not allowed for a very long time.

Happy Halloween!
This Halloween Madeline did not dress up. Instead she wore her "Boo" jammies and cat ears and passed out candy to all the trick or treaters who came to our door. For those of you who don't know, "boo's" are all things Halloween to Madeline from the pumpkins to spiders to witches to ghosts.
We managed to get this cute shot right before the festivities began.
